How to order printed balloons

Ordering printed balloons is simple. Choose your balloons and printing method, send us your design and approve the proof. We print the balloons in our own print shop in Sevnica, Slovenia.

Ordering in four steps

1. Choose your balloons

Choose the type, size, colour and quantity of balloons. We offer ECO standard and Sempertex balloons with a 30 cm diameter, and larger Sempertex balloons with diameters of 45, 60 and 90 cm.

We print standard 30 cm balloons from 30 pieces. We print 45 cm balloons from 30 pieces or as an add-on to an order. You can order 60 and 90 cm balloons from a single piece.

2. Choose the print and place your order

Choose the number of print colours and whether to print on one or both sides of the balloon. Both sides can have the same or a different design.

In the online order form, enter the type and colour of the balloons, the quantity and the printing method you want. Add any special requests or your required delivery date in the notes.

3. Send your design and approve the proof

Attach your logo, text or other design. A vector file in PDF, AI or EPS format is best. We also accept a high-quality PNG or JPG.

Before printing we send you a JPG proof of the layout. Check the design, its size and its position on the balloon. We start printing once you approve the proof.

4. Confirm your order and receive your balloons

Once you have approved the quote and the proof, make the payment following the instructions you receive. We start production after the layout is approved and we receive proof of payment.

We usually dispatch the balloons within two working days. We confirm the exact date when you order. If you are in a hurry, contact us and we will check whether faster production is possible.

What to have ready before ordering

To speed up your order, have the following ready:

the type and size of balloons,
the balloon colours and the quantity of each colour,
the number of print colours,
whether you want printing on one or both sides,
your logo or other design,
your required delivery date if you need the balloons for a specific event.

What design should I send?

A vector file in PDF, AI or EPS format is best. We also accept a high-quality PNG or JPG. For multicolour print, the colours of the design should be clearly defined. If you are not sure whether your file is suitable, send it to us for review.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order balloons in several colours?

Yes. Tell us the colours you want and the quantity of each.

Can the second side have a different design?

Yes. The second side can have the same or a different design. The same design on the second side costs an extra €0.06 per balloon. For a different design we will prepare a quote.

When do you start printing?

After you approve the proof and we receive proof of payment.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We usually dispatch within two working days. We confirm the exact date when you order.

Ready to place your order?
