General terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders for printed balloons and related services via the online order form at tisknabalon.si/narocilnica/, and to orders agreed by e-mail or phone.

1. Provider

The provider is Nikoloon d.o.o., Kvedrova cesta 27A, 8290 Sevnica, Slovenia.

2. Order and confirmation

  1. Submitting the online form is a request / order for review. It becomes binding after our confirmation (e-mail) and agreement on the print content.
  2. Before printing we send a JPG preview and a proforma invoice with the final amount. We start printing after you approve the preview and after we receive prepayment.
  3. If you do not have the artwork yet, you may send it later; production time starts when we have usable artwork and preview approval.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

  1. Prices in the order form are indicative. With the preview you receive a proforma invoice with the final amount due.
  2. For businesses, prices are generally calculated with VAT under applicable law; for consumers the price including VAT applies where stated. Foreign EU companies with a valid VAT number may buy goods excl. VAT after we verify the number.
  3. Payment term: prepayment of the proforma invoice upon preview approval (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

4. Artwork and print content

  1. You warrant that you have the right to use the motifs, logos and text you send, and that the print does not infringe third-party rights.
  2. For screen printing we recommend simple, clear artwork; fine detail and halftones may print poorly on balloons. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) are preferred.
  3. After preview approval, minor colour differences due to balloon material and print technique are not grounds for complaint, except clear print errors versus the approved preview.

5. Lead times and delivery

  1. Usual dispatch is about two working days after preview approval and payment; the exact date is confirmed with the order.
  2. Delivery (e.g. DPD) or collection in Sevnica / Ljubljana follows your choice in the form. Delivery costs are indicative and confirmed with the order.
  3. We are not liable for courier delays or customs on international shipments.

6. Complaints

  1. Report clear faults (wrong artwork vs approved preview, damaged parcel) as soon as possible, within 8 days of receipt, to tisknabalon@magic.si with photos.
  2. Valid complaints are resolved by replacement, correction or an agreed reduction — at our discretion given the circumstances.

7. Personal data

We process data (name, address, e-mail, phone, order content) to fulfil the order, communicate and for possible repeat orders. We do not pass data to third parties except courier / accounting as necessary. More detail is available on request at the contact above.

8. Final provisions

  1. Disputes fall under the court at the provider’s registered office, unless law requires otherwise.
  2. The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies.
  3. We may update these terms; for a submitted order the version published at submission applies.
